From the age of five, her mother instilled in the girl a love of music and gave piano lessons. The house always played jazz and classical music, which was reflected in Maria's career in the future. At the age of seven, Tchaikovskaya entered the 3 Musical College of the city of Sumy. The teacher Nelly Vorontsova sees potential in the girl and strongly recommends continuing her musical education. In this regard, two years later, Masha and her mother move to the city of Kharkov. Elena Kolesnikova's new music teacher instills in Masha a love of playing the piano. The girl gives herself completely to music. Already in the seventh grade, Tchaikovskaya begins to compose music and songs. The debut composition was created under great admiration for the romantic drama "Autumn in New York". According to Maria herself, she returned home and simply repeated the work from the film. After listening to her remake, she realized that she had written something new and not similar to the original. Later, words appeared that successfully formed the musical accompaniment. At the end of school, the girl decides to enter the Moscow Conservatory, but circumstances are such that Maria has to return to Kharkov. She successfully passes exams and enters two departments at once: classical and jazz. Tchaikovskaya decided to study at two faculties at once and successfully graduated from them. As a student, the girl begins to give concerts and tour as a jazz musician. In the same period, Masha begins to take part in specialized competitions and take the first prize places. After receiving her diploma, Tchaikovskaya got a job as a pianist in the Regent Art Orchestra collective, and began touring Europe. In a group of ten people, she was the only girl, but this did not bother her. Throughout the entire time, Masha gives classical and jazz concerts, giving preference to domestic composers. The schedule was very tight. The girl sometimes gave two or even three performances a day. Tchaikovskaya together with Gusha Katushkin were invited to the program "Evening Urgant" as musicians. Later, this duo was nominated for the Troitsky Artemy Prize "Steppenwolf 2012". Savik Shuster invites the couple to live on the Shuster Live talk show.
